Hello , today wake up at 12.30 then watch TV then eat lunch . It's awful & make me feel unwell and likely to puke so i eat half then stop then drink cold herbal tea . Off to work today late 8minutes . New guy Gary was not there yet also . I trained him later French Fries & Counter . A fast learner but needs time to see his performances . Night faster do already go home at 9.30pm . Tuck wah called me play soccer tomorrow morning . I'm going on a football fest in the next 2 days . Saturday morning , evening . Sunday football match . Powerful weekend to tire & kill me . Haha , I need to slim more for NS so perhaps this the best way ? I need the confidence & the cool me like last time . But i think looks hard . End here and hope no injuries from this weekend .
